All made to order items have a current processing time of 2-3 weeks PLUS the desired shipping method you choose at checkout anywhere between 2-5 day delivery.

: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds are accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To start your exchange email us at euphoricrave@gmail.comand we will be in touch. We do not offer returns due to late-arriving packages.
If there is something wrong on our end, please just email us at or DM us on our IG @euphoric_ravewear and we will work with you to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damages or theft once the package is sent out.

A tracking number will be sent via email when your package is shipped.
Most items can be hand washed with cold water, and then air dry. Do NOT place in the dryer. Items with metal details or chains cannot be washed.
Yes, we do customs, they are OPEN. If you are interested, fill out our contact form and we will get back to you. You can come to us with an idea or we can help design an idea for you!
