Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Tampa, Florida, established in October 2019
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds are accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To start your exchange email us at euphoricrave@gmail.com and we will be in touch. We do not offer returns due to late-arriving packages.
Q: Something is wrong with my order?!
A: If there is something wrong on our end, we are so sorry! Please just email us at or DM us on our IG @euphoric_ravewear and we will work with you to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damages or theft once the package is sent out.
Q: How long until I receive my package in the mail?
A: All items are made to order. Our current make time is 2-3 weeks PLUS the shipping time that you chose at checkout.
Q: Do you accept order cancelations?
A: Yes, we do! Just contact us via Instagram DM or Email within 24 hours to cancel your order!
Q: Can I track my order?
A: A tracking number will be sent via email when your package is shipped.
Q: How do I care for my outfit?
A: Most items can be hand washed with cold water, and then air dry. Do NOT place in the dryer. Items with metal details or chains cannot be washed.
Q: Do you guys do customs?
A: Yes, we do customs! and they are OPEN. If you are interested, fill out our contact form and we will get back to you. You can come to us with an idea or we can help design an idea for you!
Q: How far in advance should I order before my festival?
A: The current make time is 2-3 weeks PLUS shipping time that you choose at checkout so plan accordingly. For customs please get in touch a month before so we have time to make and order materials for your dream fit.
