Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds are accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at euphoricrave@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. UNLESS it was our fault for the exchange then we will cover shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
